John Lawrence, Finance Partner

John supports Palladin’s financial and compliance functions. John has 24 years experience within private equity, operating companies and public accounting. John has been the CFO of Longworth Venture Partners since 2001 where he has been responsible for all financial, administrative and legal functions, including valuation, accounting, allocations, fund administration, financial planning, LP relations, and compliance.

Previously, John was the CFO and member of the Board of Directors of Quail Piping Products, a venture-backed manufacturer of fiber-optic conduit products.  Prior to Quail, John was the Assistant Vice President of Finance of Asahi/America, a NASDAQ-listed manufacturer and distributor of fluid flow systems.  John began his career at Arthur Andersen holding various senior audit positions in the Enterprise and Technology Group.

John is a CPA, earned his MBA from Suffolk University and his BA in accounting from Assumption College.
