Jodie Urquhart

Jodie joined Palladin in 2021 as the Vice President of Finance and in 2022 was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.  Jodie is responsible for overseeing the finance, operations, and compliance functions of the firm.

Prior to joining Palladin, Jodie served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Prospect Hill Growth Partners, L.P.  She was with the firm for 17 years and brings with her a strong knowledge of the private equity industry and experience in managing financial operations.

Jodie began her career in the Boston office of Deloitte in Assurance and Business Advisory Services as an Audit Senior.

Jodie received a BS in Accounting from Syracuse University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
