Anders Petersen

Anders is a Managing Director at Palladin Consumer Partners. He has over 25 years of private equity experience and has invested over $500M in 15 companies since 2005. At Palladin, Anders is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing new investments, as well as post-close portfolio company management. Prior to joining Palladin Anders was a Partner at VO2 Partners, a consumer focused private equity firm backed by an established and prominent family office with a specialty in the health and wellness sector.

Previously, he was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity, a $6 billion private equity fund focused on middle market control buyouts, where he primarily focused on investments in the consumer and business services sectors. Earlier in his career, Anders sourced and executed LBOs at the operationally focused private equity firm of Dubin Clark & Company and was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where he specialized in valuing global companies and their business units for M&A and financial reporting purposes.

Anders currently serves as a Director of Decowraps, Leapfrog Brands and Southeast Mechanical and Chairman of the Board of Copenhagen Concepts.  He previously served as a Director of KT Tape and Splash Car Wash He has also served as interim CFO of two previous portfolio companies.

Anders earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA with magna cum laude honors in finance & economics from Georgia State University.
