Robert Fioretti, Managing Director

Rob is a Managing Director of Palladin Consumer Retail Partners where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and executing new investments as well as working with portfolio companies. He has over 25 years of experience investing in private equity and providing financing and strategic advice to private equity sponsor-backed companies.

Most recently, Rob was a Managing Director at Falconhead Capital.  Prior to joining Falconhead in 2015, he was Managing Director and a founding team member of Mistral Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in middle market growth consumer businesses. Prior to the formation of Mistral in 2007, he was a Managing Director of Trimaran Capital Partners. Earlier in his career, Rob helped raise debt and equity financing for private equity sponsors and middle market growth-oriented companies in a wide range of industries as a member of the Leveraged Finance Group of CIBC World Markets Corp, and, while with SCA Consulting, Rob helped companies develop, implement and execute operating strategies, with a specific focus on developing post-acquisition strategies for portfolio companies of private equity sponsors.

Rob is currently Director of PB Metro, LLC, Tailwind Concessions and M@C Discount. In addition, Rob serves on the Investment Committee of Wharton Impact Investment Partners, a student-run organization which sources early stage impact investment opportunities in a variety of industries. Previously, he served as Director of InMotion Entertainment Group

Mr. Fioretti received a B.Sc. and a M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
