Jodie Urquhart, Chief Financial Officer/Chief Compliance Officer

Jodie joined Palladin in 2021 as the Vice President of Finance and in 2022 was promoted to serve as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.  Jodie is responsible for overseeing the finance, operations, and compliance functions.

Most recently, Jodie was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Prospect Hill Growth Partners, L.P.  She was with the firm for 17 years and brings with her a strong knowledge of the private equity industry. Her responsibilities included managing the fund administration and management company operations for the Prospect Hill entities and overseeing the firm’s compliance program. 

Prior to Prospect Hill, Jodie was with Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Associate.

Jodie received a BS in Accounting from Syracuse University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
