Tom Casey

Tom Casey is the Founder and Managing Principal of Discussion Partner Collaborative LLC, a global advisory firm focused on leadership development and organizational transformation with over 200 advisors in 22 global locations.

He has advised executives across more than 20 countries and held senior leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Buck Consultants (BNY Mellon), Arthur D. Little, The Concours Group and Harbridge House that included expatriate assignments in London, Prague and Caracas.

Tom also is a prolific author, with hundreds of articles and multiple books on leadership, talent development, and executive transitions, and continues to serve in advisory and board roles.

Tom earned a B. Ed at the University of Alaska, an MA and MBA from Rivier University and graduated from the Yale School of Management Executive Management Program

Tom is a U.S. Air Force and Army Special Operations Veteran and retired from the Army Reserve as a Colonel.

Tom also serves on the boards of several commercial and not for profit organizations.
