Michelle MacDougall

Michelle joined Palladin in 2022 as a Controller, responsible for supporting financial management, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. With over 20 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, she brings deep expertise in financial operations and a strong track record of implementing efficient systems and controls.

Before joining Palladin, Michelle was a Controller at Prospect Hill Growth Partners, L.P., where she helped streamline reporting processes and played a key role in managing capital calls, distributions, and compliance requirements. Before that, Michelle served as an Assistant Vice President in Private Equity Fund Services at State Street Corporation, where she oversaw key client relationships and managed fund accounting and reporting for private equity and alternative investment clients.

Michelle received a BS degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
