George Littlefield

George is responsible for aiding in the identification and analysis of potential opportunities for platform and add-on acquisitions, the due diligence and execution of new investments, and the management of companies in the current portfolio.

Prior to joining Palladin in 2025, George worked as an investment banking analyst with the Raymond James Consumer & Retail Group (previously Financo), where he was involved in all aspects of middle-market sell-side transactions covering multiple consumer sectors including home & residential services, beauty, food & beverage and more.

George earned a BS in Finance from Northeastern University.
