Michelle MacDougall, Controller

Michelle joined Palladin in 2022 and serves as the firm’s Controller. Michelle is responsible for supporting the finance and fund administration operations.

Michelle has 16 years of progressive experience in private equity, fund accounting, finance, and client relationship management. Prior to Palladin, she was the Controller at Prospect Hill Growth Partners, L.P., a private equity firm that invests primarily in consumer products and specialty retail.  Her responsibilities included assisting with the finance and operations activities for the various Prospect Hill entities.  Prior to Prospect Hill, she was as an Assistant Vice President in Private Equity Fund Services within the Alternative Investment Services division at State Street Corporation. She was responsible for overseeing the private equity fund accounting and administration functions for multiple clients. Her clients primarily invested in senior secure private debt in performing middle market companies.

Michelle received a BS degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
